The VWS X1 consists of three components:

1. VWS X1 (Headphones)

2. Touchscreen F1
● Battery Life: Approximately 9 hours
● Charging Time: 2 to 2.5 hours

3. Portable Charging Case
● Battery Life: Can charge one VWS X1 and two Touchscreen F1 units from empty to full, two times for each device
● Charging Time: Approximately 2.5 hours

Of course, the Touchscreen F1 offers many exciting features for you to explore. The screen style is customizable and can be switched, rotated, or mirrored using the MorningBlues App. Below are some of the customized features of the Touchscreen F1.

Yes, the Touchscreen F1 is magnetically attached to the headphones, and you can detach it whenever needed.

You can check the Touchscreen F1’s battery level in two ways:

1. When the Touchscreen F1 is magnetically attached to the headphones, swipe up with one finger on the screen to view the battery icon and remaining battery level at the top.
2. When the Touchscreen F1 is charging in the portable charging case, simply tap the screen to see the charging icon and current battery level displayed at the bottom.

The Touchscreen F1 needs to be charged through the portable charging case, as the VWS X1 cannot directly power the Touchscreen F1.

When charging the Touchscreen F1, please ensure:
1. You use the official 1m Type-C charging cable included.
2. You use your phone's original charging adapter. If the charging adapter's interface is not compatible, we recommend using a 5V/1A charger purchased from a reputable source.

Additional information for your reference:
1. If both the charging case and touchscreen are out of power, the charging case will be charged first when connected to a power source.
2. When the charging case has more than 40% battery, it will charge both the case and the touchscreen simultaneously. This ensures that the charging case has enough power before supplying power to other devices, which guarantees a stable and efficient charging process for the touchscreen.

Be sure to watch the tutorial video here for step-by-step instructions on connecting your VWS X1 (Headphones) to the Bluetooth. Here are some steps for your reference:

1. Press and hold the power button on the left side of the VWS X1 (Headphones) for 8 seconds to enter Bluetooth pairing mode;
2. Go to Bluetooth settings on your phone: Settings > Bluetooth, and enable the Bluetooth;
3. Select VWS X1 from the list of available devices. If it doesn’t appear, turn Bluetooth off and on again;
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the pairing.

Here's how to troubleshoot the Bluetooth connection between your VWS X1 (Headphones) and your phone.

Check the location
Ensure both devices are within 30 meters of each other. Avoid placing them near other Bluetooth devices, microwaves, wireless routers, or electronics that may interfere with the signal.

Check the sound settings
Go to your phone’s Settings > Bluetooth, and select the VWS X1.

Check the volume
1. Ensure both devices are charged and powered on;
2. Increase the volume on both your VWS X1 and your phone.

Use Forget Device, then pair your VWS X1 again
1. Disconnect your VWS X1, go to Settings > Bluetooth on your phone, tap the Info button next to the VWS X1 name, and select Forget This Device;
2. Pair your VWS X1 again.

Reset your VWS X1, then pair them again
Restore factory settings on your VWS X1 by holding the volume up and volume down buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds, then re-pair it with your phone. Note: this will erase all data on the VWS X1.

Please follow these steps to finish the activation of your VWS X1.

1. Press and hold the power button on the left side of the VWS X1 (Headphones) for 8 seconds to enter Bluetooth pairing mode;
2. On your phone, go to Settings > Bluetooth and enable Bluetooth;
3. Select "Block X1" from the list of available devices. If it doesn’t appear, try turning Bluetooth off and on again;
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the pairing process;
5. Download the "MorningBlues App" from the App Store or Google Play to access additional features;
6. Open the "MorningBlues App", then register and log in to your account;
7. Tap "Add Device", then select "Block X1";
8. In the "Device" list, tap "Block X1", then search for "Block X1" under "Other Devices" and tap to connect;
9. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete touchscreen pairing;
10. Wait for the activation process to complete.

Below are the button functions for the VWS X1 (Headphones):

Left Earcup
1. Power Button
(1) In Power-off mode: Hold for 3 seconds to power on; Hold for 8 seconds to enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
(2) In Power-on mode: Hold for 3 seconds to power off.
(3) In Call mode: Press once to answer the call; Press and hold to reject the call; Press once to hang up. 
2. Type-C Charging Port
Use the included 1-meter Type-C charging cable and your phone’s original charging adapter to charge the VWS X1. 
3. Headphone Jack
Equipped with a 3.5mm headphone jack; headphone wire is not included.

Right Earcup
1. Volume Control
“+”: Press once to increase volume; Press and hold to go to the previous song.
“-”: Press once to decrease volume; Press and hold to skip to the next song.
“+” & “-”: In power-on mode, hold both buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds to reset to factory settings.
2. Noise Cancellation
Press once to cycle through the three modes: Off, Noise Cancellation, and Transparency.

The VWS X1 is not waterproof, so please avoid using it in the bathroom or in high-temperature or high-humidity environments. The Touchscreen is made of glass, so handle it with care during daily use to prevent scratches, wear, or breakage; for regular cleaning, please use a dust-free cloth or a microfiber cleaning cloth.
