Shipping Information

To ensure your package is delivered within the advertised time frame, please double-check that your shipping address is entered accurately and includes all necessary details. This includes correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and any relevant route information. Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or misdelivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at the time of purchase.

 

Order Processing Time

All orders typically require a 48-hour processing period before shipment. Processing will begin upon receipt of a valid payment. During peak seasons or holiday periods, processing and shipping times may be extended. 

 

Delivery and Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes details about the items shipped and a tracking number. Please note that it may take some time for the carrier to update the package status after it is marked shipped. 

 

Shipping Fees

All orders qualify for free shipping, with the exception of certain remote areas where additional shipping fees may apply. American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Delivery Claims

If you are experiencing a non-delivery, or if your tracking information shows that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact us within 10 days to initiate a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note that the resolution of such claims may take up to 30 days, depending on the shipping carrier involved.
