How We Respond to Security Issues
We continuously monitor our reporting channels; vulnerabilities submitted to us are promptly reviewed and assigned.
Our security engineers will validate the authenticity and assess exploitability and potential impact.
Once confirmed, we develop effective remediation plans or risk-mitigation measures — and validate that they work.
We then audit all possibly affected products to map the full scope of impact.
After the response process completes, we publish a comprehensive security advisory describing the vulnerability and our fix or mitigation.
How to Report a Vulnerability to MorningBlues
support@morningblues.com
In your submission, include:
The product name and version(s) affected
A detailed description of the vulnerability
Description of possible exploitation methods
Your disclosure timeline or plan
Any additional contextual info
Via our official vulnerability-reporting platform (if available)
Security updates will be supported until December 31, 2026.
Why Your Responsible Disclosure Matters
support@morningblues.com
We encourage security researchers and responsible parties to help strengthen MorningBlues — but we must draw a firm line: disruptive or illegal actions are strictly forbidden. This includes, but is not limited to:
Causing service disruption (e.g. denial-of-service attacks)
Exposing private, financial, or proprietary data without authorization
Such acts are against our policy and may breach applicable laws.
What to Expect After Submission
Once we receive your report, we commit to:
Responding within 48 hours — indicating we have received your report and providing next steps.
Keeping you informed about progress: confirmation of vulnerability status, remediation plans, and eventual fix or mitigation.
Once fixes are live (or mitigation is in place), issuing a Public Security Advisory describing the issue (unless confidentiality is requested), the affected products, and the remedy or safe configuration.
Public Disclosure / Security Advisories
support@morningblues.com
After thorough analysis and remediation, MorningBlues may publish:
Security Advisories — detailed reports including vulnerability description, impact, and resolution steps (for confirmed issues)
Security Notices — for potential issues under investigation, with summary information and status updates
Until a public advisory or notice is issued, please keep all details strictly confidential.
Our Commitment: Transparency, Responsibility, Trust
MorningBlues believes in building trust through security, transparency, and responsible disclosure. By encouraging collaboration with researchers and promptly addressing vulnerabilities, we strive to keep our community safe — while acknowledging and respecting the responsible disclosure principles.
Security updates will be supported until December 31, 2026.
Thank you for helping us build a safer digital future.
